Jo Ann Morgan

Jo Ann Morgan, a native of the Southern Ohio area, has worked in real estate since 2011. Before becoming a REALTOR, she worked in the lending industry for 25 years at a well-established local financial institution.

Because of Jo Ann’s background and experience in lending and real estate, her clients can trust her to negotiate a real estate transaction that will fully meet their expectations. She believes that being a realtor goes far beyond selling real estate. A REALTOR should understand her clients’ needs and expectations while arming them with the information needed to make the best decisions for their circumstances. 

Jo Ann has been married to Nelson Otto for over 20 years. They share the pastime of showing their prized Belgian Draft Horses. Jo Ann is a down-to-earth person who enjoys spending her personal time by taking in the Southern Ohio scenery on her motorcycle, enjoying local restaurants and events, or spending quality time with her family.
