Jim has lived in Brown County for over 35 years along with Ginny - his wife and best friend of 38 years. They raise their two boys on their family farm in Georgetown, where Jim spends his free time gardening or with his family. In 1989, Jim became the Maintenance Superintendent at Lake Waynoka. He moved up quickly to serve on the Property Owners Association and later to Promotions and Publications at the lake. Jim serves as President of the Lake Waynoka Regional Water and Sewer District and Trustee of the Brown County Rural Water Association. Jim’s experience, honesty, and integrity have earned him the prestigious award of Realtor of the Year in 2013 by the Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS where he continues his membership.
