A life-long resident of Brown County, Kathleen, and her husband Miles, live on a farm outside of Ripley. There, they raised three children while enjoying rural living. 

Kathleen has a background in finance, accounting, and management. She first worked in the banking industry before becoming a CPA and Audit Manager with the Ohio State Auditor’s Office. During this time, she audited governmental entities in surrounding counties.

Her auditing background gave Kathleen a keen eye for detail and communication. Real estate is all about these things too!
