Jim Bridges

Ring Real Estate

410 W. Grant Avenue, Georgetown., OH 45121

Jim’s philosophy is, “It’s not about me, it’s about the client. I want to be an asset to them so that they can reach their goals. I guide my clients through their real estate transaction with the efficiency and expertise that only comes with experience. I pride myself on honesty and integrity, and I never forget that I am working for you.”

Jim has lived in Brown County for over 35 years along with my wife and best friend of 38 years, Ginny, on their family farm in Georgetown where they raised their two boys. When not working, Jim enjoys spending time with family and planting a large garden.

In 1989 Jim became the Maintenance Superintendent at Lake Waynoka. He quickly moved up to serve on the Property Owners Association and then to Promotions and Publications at the lake. Jim serves as President of the Lake Waynoka Regional Water and Sewer District. He also serves as Trustee of the Brown County Rural Water Association.

Jim’s experience, honesty, and integrity earned him the prestigious award of  Realtor® of the Year in 2013 by the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors® where he is currently a member.
