| Short Sale/Loss Mitigation
Ring Real Estate will negotiate with distressed homeowners of a property that are in the beginning stages of foreclosure to assist them in selling. We work directly with the lender to find a buyer and avoid a foreclosure for the homeowner.

| Listing, Marketing and Selling and Asset
- Market the property with signage, website, newspaper advertisement and placement in the appropriate MLS for the asset market area.
- Provide Monthly Marketing Reports every 30 days
- Provide an updated BPO every 90 days or as requested by the client
- Maintain utilities as requested by the client
- Provide ongoing property maintenance as needed throughout the life of the asset
- Present all offers and provided counters Buyer’s agent in a timely manner
- Assist Buyer’s agent with any issues or questions that may arise during the contract negotiation stage through closing
- Follow up weekly with Seller’s title Company
- Follow up weekly with Buyer’s agent on status of inspections, loan and closing
- Aggressively monitor the sales contract to be sure all contingencies are released and/or complied within a timely manner and that closing dates are met.
